One developer. Eight apps.
Software that solves one real problem, properly.
I'm Ayaan Ali Khunt. TruTech isn't a platform. It's eight focused Android apps, each built to fix one specific thing that was actually broken, from a warehouse floor to a powerlifting meet to my own company's payroll run.
Mission
Focused tools, not another platform
Most software tries to do everything for everyone, and ends up doing nothing particularly well. TruTech is the opposite bet: one developer, one app per problem, each one built specifically for the person who actually has that problem, not a generic audience.
That's not a marketing line. truwork, the attendance and payroll app, is what TruTech's own floor staff clock in and out with every day. It exists because I needed it to run my own company, so I built it, and it's still the app I use to pay people. The rest of the fleet followed the same pattern: a real, specific problem first, then an app built to solve exactly that and nothing more.
Every app shares one visual language, Tru Neo, a neomorphic design system duplicated byte-for-byte across all seven repos, so they feel like one family even though each one is a completely independent, focused tool. Same care goes into what you can't see: offline-first where a spotty warehouse or gym Wi-Fi would otherwise break the app, and real end-to-end encryption where the data is genuinely sensitive.
"One developer, one problem" doesn't mean staying small. It means every new app still starts from an actual problem, not a roadmap slot, whether that's the first app or the eighth. See the full fleet or how it's actually built.
