Everything in the fleet is built for TruTech's own problems. The same skills are available for yours, starting at $100 for a small, well-scoped build, with three months of support for add-on features and changes included.

What I build

Three kinds of work

Custom apps

A focused Android (or cross-platform) app built around one real workflow, the same way every app in the fleet was: Flutter, a clean data layer, and nothing bolted on that you didn't ask for.

Web apps

A site or web app that actually does something (a dashboard, a booking flow, an internal tool), not just a static page. This very site is an example of the plain-HTML end of that range.

Functional services

Automations, integrations, and small backend or scripting work: the unglamorous piece that saves someone an hour a day once it exists.

Process

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Talk through the problem

    Start with an email describing what's broken or slow today. The first conversation is about the problem, not a feature list, because that's what decides what's actually worth building.

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

    You get a written scope of what will be built, and what won't, along with a quote for that scope. Nothing starts until both are agreed.

  3. 03

    Build, with check-ins

    Work happens in visible steps: you see something real early and often, so a wrong turn gets caught in days, not at handover.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

    You get the finished build, plus three months of support afterward for add-on features and changes as real use shows what's missing.

Pricing

How pricing works

Every project gets scoped and quoted individually, based on what it actually needs. $100 is the floor for a small, well-defined build, not a fixed price for everything.

What moves a quote up or down is the shape of the work, not the hours on a timesheet:

  • How many screens or flows it has
  • Whether it needs accounts, sync, or a backend, or can live entirely on the device
  • Integrations with other services, payment providers, or existing systems
  • Hard requirements like offline use or encrypting sensitive data

Every build includes three months of support afterward for add-on features and changes.
